This article informs Paradiso's visitors about the consequences of visiting events in Paradiso. These are the frequently asked questions. We will keep this page up to date as we keep following the developments of the coronavirus.

I bought tickets for an event at Paradiso. Is it going to be cancelled?
Paradiso closely follows the developments of the coronavirus and the advice of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (NIPHE). At this point there is no reason for Paradiso to cancel any of the concerts or club nights. Some artists decide to cancel their own concert or tour. In that case we inform ticket buyers via e-mail. Please also visit the program page for the event on this website regularly for possible updates about the event you are about to visit.

I do not want to travel to Amsterdam because of the coronavirus, or I live in an area with travel and/or quarantine restrictions. Can I return my tickets and get a refund?
According to the NIPHE it is safe to travel to Amsterdam and thus events at Paradiso. Therefore Paradiso cannot refund your tickets. If you are unable to travel due to restrictions from your point of departure, it is possible to offer your ticket for sale on a reseller platform like TicketSwap if you can't make it to the event.

What extra measures is Paradiso taking?
Paradiso always pays great attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and will continue to do so. We follow the advice of the NIPHE closely and will take extra measures where necessary.

What can I do during my visit to events in Paradiso to prevent spreading the coronavirus?
You can read about this on the RIVM website. The most important steps you can take to prevent the spreading of the coronavirus are straightforward. These measures apply to all viruses that can cause flu and colds. It is always important to follow up these basic hygiene measures:

  • - Wash your hands with soap regularly
  • - Cough and sneeze on the inside of your elbow
  • - Use paper handkerchiefs

I recently visited an event at Paradiso and am now feeling ill. Is there a risk that I may have the coronavirus?
This risk is very small. We refer you to the RIVM website and recommend that you follow the advice given there.
