Paradiso will continue to sell tickets through See Tickets, at least for the next five years. Since the start of the collaboration in 2019, we have been working together intensively to improve the experience of visitors in the Paradiso ticket shop as well as making secondary ticket sales more transparent and fair for those who missed out on the initial sales.
For several years, you have been able to purchase tickets with your own Paradiso account and distribute them among your friends. We will be expanding the account environment in the near future, so that the information you see on our website is even more in line with your own preferences. Also, you will receive more relevant information by e-mail.
Thanks to the collaboration with See Tickets, we have been offering waiting lists for sold-out programs since the beginning of last year. This allows visitors who have a ticket but are unable to attend to return tickets and receive a refund. People on the waiting list can take over these tickets for the same price as the original ticket was purchased for. In this way we keep visiting programmes in Paradiso affordable and accessible and ticket scalpers are sidelined. Together with See Tickets, we will continue to make it easier to resell tickets in a fair manner.
