In order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Dutch Government has set up regulations which result in many of our programmes being suspended. Find more information on postponed and cancelled events on this page.

Due to the extensive amount of events in Paradiso, it may take some time until there is more information on the consequences. When the rescheduled dates become clear, information will be sent by email to all ticket holders. Updates on programmes will become available on our website as well.

Since early May 2020, a new scheme has been launched for visitors wanting to return their ticket(s) for a postponed or cancelled event. This arrangement consists of the possibility to convert tickets into a voucher. It is also possible to donate the ticket amount or part of it, or request a refund. Donated money will benefit Paradiso and artists associated with Paradiso. You can make use of this scheme as soon as a programme is rescheduled or cancelled. Ticket buyers will be notified by email with more information as soon as the scheme has been launched for their tickets. Until then, it is not possible to request a refund and tickets keep its value. Please visit this page for more information on the voucher scheme.

Paradiso asks for your patience and understanding for the impact this has on our organisation. As soon as new information becomes available on the event you were planning to attend, this will appear on our website and in an email.

We kindly request visitors to refrain from approaching us for more information by email or telephone.

The following events are rescheduled or cancelled due to the coronavirus. These might be programmes which should've taken place after government restrictions were lifted, but are part of a rescheduled tour through more countries. This list will be updated.
