The Indiestadpas

You can register for Indiestadpas concerts via the concert pages. There you will find a registration link for pass holders. Click on it to register for the concert with your name and email address. You will then be guaranteed entry to the concert you have registered for.

With a valid membership, you can register for selected Indiestad concerts via the registration link on the concert's program page. You will not receive a separate ticket. Your pass (digital or printed) will be scanned at the entrance.

For some concerts, the number of places for Indiestad pass holders is limited. In this case, it's first come, first served. Only the first registrations will be granted access. Once the limit has been reached, the registration option on the website will automatically close and you will no longer be able to register for that concert.

The Indiestadpas is available in two versions:

• Indiestadpas Complete – €10 per month or €100 per year
• Indiestadpas Basic – €50 per year

When purchasing a monthly or annual subscription, you authorize direct debit of the selected amount. The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the validity period, unless you cancel at least one month before the end of the period. Have you opted for a combination with a printed pass? The printed pass will remain valid as long as the direct debit is successful.

The Indiestadpas is a continuous membership and is automatically renewed at the end of the validity period. Would you like to cancel your pass? You can cancel up to one month before the end of the current period. You will automatically receive an email with a reminder and the option to cancel.

When ordering the Indiestadpas, you can choose between a digital or printed pass, which is also automatically available digitally. Both give access to the same concerts and are scanned at the entrance.

Digital pass
The digital pass is immediately available in your My Paradiso account. You can save the pass on your phone, print it, add it to your digital Wallet, or reopen it at any time via your account. In your My Paradiso account, you will find the membership number you can use to register for concerts.

Printed pass
The printed pass is a personalized card with your name on it, which you will receive by mail. At the same time, you will also have access to the digital version via your My Paradiso account. Think of the printed pass as a nice addition: a small card that you can carry in your wallet, while also always having the digital pass at hand.

Have you lost your pass or is it damaged? Then you can request a replacement pass. There is an additional charge for this. Read more about replacing your pass below.

Don't panic, you can easily request a replacement card.

• Lost your printed card? Send an email with your membership number and details to [email protected]. We charge a fee of €7 for creating and sending a new physical card.
• Lost your digital card? Log in to your My Paradiso account, where you can always download and use your digital card again.

The Indiestadpas 2025 remains valid until December 31, 2025. You can use it to register for all Indiestadpas concerts throughout the year. All pass holders will also receive an email with more information about switching to the new Indiestadpas.

Are you unable to attend after all? There are only a limited number of places available for the concerts, so we would ask you to email [email protected] to cancel your registration and make someone else happy with your place!
