Ticket resale

Do you have tickets for one of our events but can't make it? Or you missed out on tickets and still want a chance to attend? We offer two ways to sell or buy second-hand tickets in a safe way.

Waiting lists

For popular programmes we open a waiting list. Fans with a ticket can offer their ticket to the first person on the waiting list and will receive the purchase price back when it is sold, people who miss out will have a fair 'first come, first served' chance to still be able to attend the event. Waiting lists close 3 days prior to the event.

If an event has a waiting list, this is indicated on the programme page on our website.

Sell or purchase through TicketSwap

Thanks to our partnership with TicketSwap, buying and selling via that platform is safe and at a fair price. Read here how this works.

Selling on TicketSwap
By uploading your PDF ticket to TicketSwap, you can offer your ticket(s) to someone else. You can set a maximum of 100% of the amount paid for the ticket(s) as the selling price. Read more about how selling works on the TicketSwap website. After sale, the barcode on your ticket will be invalidated and the buyer will receive a new one.
For events with a waiting list, you can offer your tickets for sale on TicketSwap as soon as they become available in your account, two days before the event takes place.

Buying on TicketSwap
All tickets offered for Paradiso events are checked for validity via the SecureSwap security. This allows us and TicketSwap to guarantee that your ticket is valid and that the seller no longer has access to the ticket, preventing the possibility of fraud.

Because we have agreed with TicketSwap that the seller cannot make a profit on the sale, you never pay too much for your ticket via TicketSwap. You pay a maximum of the original ticket price plus the service costs of TicketSwap itself.

For sold-out shows with a waiting list, we recommend that you also register for this via the programme page on our website. This gives you the best chance of getting tickets.

Are you having issues?
TicketSwap has an extensive help center to help you on your way, accessible via the link below.

Do not purchase tickets from other resellers

Although many websites offer (overpriced) tickets for our events online, we strongly advise against buying them. Examples of outlets that are not official and often lead to problems are Viagogo, TopTicketShop, Marktplaats, Stubhub and Facebook/Instagram comments.

Paradiso cannot guarantee that tickets will give access to the venue if they have not been purchased directly from our official sales outlet www.paradiso.nl, physical point of sale Concerto or the official resale platforms TicketSwap and the Paradiso waiting list. We cannot check whether tickets purchased elsewhere are valid and whether they have been resold multiple times. Often, resale platforms cannot deliver the purchased tickets, because we actively take action against black market trading. The conditions at these sales outlets are, in addition to the high ticket prices, also unfavorable; for example, in the event of a rescheduling or cancellation - unlike with us, - you usually cannot return your tickets.

Furthermore, we do not want to promote the resale of tickets with extra profit for the seller. Do not pay more than the original fee!For more information, see www.weetwaarjekoopt.nl/en. For many sold-out events, you can sign up for a waiting list on our website.
