Sharing tickets
To speed up entry at the door, we recommend sharing the tickets you bought for your friends, so they can show their ticket(s) at the entrance themselves. It’s super convenient, everyone has their own ticket(s), and you don’t all need to arrive at the same time.
How does it work
- Go to the order via your account or the button in the confirmation email
- Select the tickets you want to forward and click on 'assign tickets'
- Follow the steps and share the tickets through a share link or email
- As soon as your friend claimed the tickets, the name of your friend will be attached to the assigned tickets.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when sharing a ticket, or when receiving one:
- Once a ticket has been claimed, the name on it can no longer be changed. This can only be done once.
- If anything about the event changes (such as the time, location, or in case of a cancellation), the main buyer remains the only contact person for Paradiso. Only the main buyer will receive emails about these changes and is responsible for passing the information on to the rest of the group.
- Both the main buyer and the person who received the shared ticket will have access to the barcode. For this reason, only accept tickets from people you trust: not from strangers or ticket resellers.
We do not check whether the name on the ticket matches the person using it at the entrance.
If you prefer not to share your tickets with friends, that’s completely fine. In that case, the main buyer must show all tickets from the order at the entrance. Please note: you’ll need to enter the venue together as a group.
