Mobile tickets
For some of our events, we only use mobile admission tickets. In these cases, it is not possible to print your tickets. This helps prevent scalpers from reselling tickets at inflated prices. You simply show your ticket on your mobile phone screen at the entrance. If an event only allows mobile tickets, this will be clearly stated on the event page of our website, as well as on the tickets and the order page.
How does a mobile ticket work?
Does the event you're attending use mobile tickets? If so, you can present your ticket at the entrance in one of the following three ways:
- Directly from your account in a mobile browser
To do this, go to your account on your phone and open the tickets via the ticket icon - From your Wallet on an Apple or Google device
To add your tickets to your wallet, go to your account on your phone and open the tickets via the ticket icon - From the TicketSwap app
(if you purchased your ticket through that platform)
Please note: Screenshots, printed tickets, or any other methods are not accepted. Your ticket will only be valid if shown using one of the three options above.
Sharing tickets with friends
To help speed up entry, we recommend sending the tickets you bought for your friends to them in advance, so they can show their own tickets at the entrance.
Selling tickets to the waiting list
Can’t or don’t want to go to the concert anymore? You can safely resell your tickets through our waiting list. Just click the button below to see how it works. This option is available up to 2 days before the event, and only if it’s sold out.
Sell tickets via TicketSwap
You can also safely buy and sell mobile tickets via SecureSwap on TicketSwap, our official partner for reselling tickets. The buyer receives a new barcode, and the original one is automatically invalidated.
Selling mobile tickets via TicketSwap is possible as soon as the tickets become available in your account (if you can see the QR code). To do so, click on the order in your account. Choose "More actions" in the menu and click "Sell on TicketSwap". Complete the listing on the TicketSwap website.
