Practical info for your visit to Paradiso

We recommend choosing a sustainable travel option. Do you live near Paradiso? If so, consider coming by bike or on foot. Paradiso is also easily accessible by public transportation. We discourage travelling to Paradiso by car. 

Public transport:
Paradiso is situated on Weteringschans 6-8 and is extremely well connected to public transport. Travellers from the train stations Amsterdam Centraal or Amsterdam Zuid reach Paradiso easiest with metro line 52 (Noord/Zuidlijn). Exit on Vijzelgracht station, a few minutes walk to Paradiso. Travelling by tram or arriving at another train station? Hop on line 2, 11 or 12 from Amsterdam Centraal or line 12 from Amsterdam Amstel and exit the tram on the Leidseplein stop. Plan your travel ahead on 9292.nl. 

Bike and car parking tips:
It is not recommended to travel to Paradiso by car. Paradiso is not easily accessible by car, and it's not a sustainable travel option. You can park close by for high rates or on the city centre's border for much cheaper rates (one euro for 24 hours). The best options for the latter are P+R RAI and P+R Noord, both well connected to metro line 52. Close to Paradiso we recommend Parking Molenpad. Click here for reservations and here for location.

For many events in Paradiso, you need a membership. Check your ticket or the programme page on this website to see whether or not this is the case for the programme you're visiting. If so, we recommend to buy your month-membership online prior to your visit (if you haven't done so already) through our website for € 4,00. You can also buy it at the doors, but if you buy in advance you're helping us and yourself limiting the queues at the venue.

A membership automatically activates when it is scanned at the entrance in combination with a valid ticket. From that moment onwards it is valid for 30 days. If you visit another Paradiso concert within this period, you can reuse your membership.

Please note: the times can differ from the times on your ticket. The times on the programme page are the most up-to-date, though, despite this, the artist can decide to deviate from the schedule.

Card only
Ordering in Paradiso is only possible with a debit card or credit card. You can also pay with Apple Pay or other NFC payment options.

Lost your ticket?
You can retrieve your order by logging into your Paradiso account. Can’t make it? You can safely sell your ticket on TicketSwap.

Enjoy the music
To make the experience as enjoyable as possible for both the artist(s) as well as your fellow visitors, we kindly ask you to catch up before or after the concert (including support acts).

In Paradiso, you can rent a locker which you can open and close without limitations for the full duration of your visit. You can also share your locker with friends, which is convenient in case your friend arrives a bit later or someone's leaving the party early.
